Can I cancel my order?

We have a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if the package has been unsealed. A valid receipt of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@thahoodie.com. Upon acceptance, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

Responsibility for Item Inspection: As an online service, it's your responsibility to check item descriptions, color, size, etc., before ordering, as our system is fully automated.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

What is the shipping policy?

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Due to variations in distribution times and transit speeds, orders to all locations typically range between approximately 7-10 business days, not including weekends.

Our head office is located in Australia. Our Hoodies are stored in various distribution centres across the world, and your hoodie will be shipped from a location we believe will arrive the quickest. As an Australian Company, we strategically and logistically ship from many fulfilment centres globally to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Our team will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

It is normal for our items to come in separate packages. To provide the quickest shipping speeds, we store our products in different warehouses. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Shipping Costs and Taxes: Shipping costs are included in the price unless noted otherwise. Taxes are inclusive in the price. However, customers are responsible for any duties charged by customs.
